At Two Peas Catering, we believe that the freshest ingredients are often ones found in the local area. Located in the bountiful Hudson Valley, we have access to an abundance of fresh, local farms including dairy, vegetables, fruits and meats. We source these ingredients as often as possible in our recipes to bring the most memorable dishes to your affair.
Our executive chef, Peter Van Markwyk is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked as the banquet chef for the Westchester Marriott, overseeing and perfecting the food at many types of events. He has also worked as a private chef for various rehearsal dinners and other intimate affairs in the Hudson Valley.
Our staff is composed of highly trained servers, certified mixologists and experienced bussers who work together to create an event that is focused on you.
